Jo, it is hard to know where to begin to convey to you the impact you made by catering for our special day in Alexandra on 16 February. As many people had travelled from Ireland, Australia and all over New Zealand I wanted something special for our ‘after wedding day’ celebrations, and it certainly was that.

Your food was absolutely delicious; everything was so fresh and flavourful, it was colourful and the presentation gorgeous. The fact that every dish was special on its own meant that when all were brought together it was WOW! Every course you brought out, from the platters through to the main dishes and then the exquisite sweets brought all the guests flocking to the table. I received so many compliments at the time and in the days after it was amazing.

I would also like to comment on your business acumen. From the moment I made my first contact via email, through to your phone call and our meeting to confirm details I had total confidence that all would go well. You showed such attention to detail, keeping in touch as alterations were made and providing me with the latest detailed menu immediately. You also catered for our gluten free guests without a second thought, which was so refreshing; they were able to enjoy the same food as everyone else.

It was a pleasure having you and Karla in the house, you were so efficient and unobtrusive and just fitted naturally into our group. You were an integral part of making the occasion just what I wanted it to be. Being able to enjoy the company of family and friends for the whole day while you looked after things was the best part of all.

From the first point of contact we were very impressed by Jo’s customer service.  We received menus and prices back efficiently after first talking to her and from there the communication was seamless.  Jo went out of her way to help us with our menu planning and giving us different options of what was available. 

We met up with Jo a few times before the wedding and it was so straightforward and simple working with her.  We felt a reassuring connection with Jo from when we first met that it was going to be an absolute success and she delivered over and above this.  She was very organised and professional at all times.

The meal...well it was just so delicious!  We have had soooo many comments from guests at our wedding on how AMAZING the food was!  People said no one remembers the food at a wedding but our wedding was very different! How can’t you when it is so good!  The canapes were mouth watering and also the bridal basket. It was packaged up so beautifully. 

We would highly recommend Jo to cater for your wedding or event.  She went completely out of her way to make our day absolute perfection.  Her preparation and execution was so professional. Her team of people were so friendly, efficient and helpful.  If you want delicious, then get Jo at a Divine Dish for a experience to remember.

Jo Keppel catered for our wedding celebration a couple of weeks ago. The food Jo served tasted amazing, the presentation of food was very pleasing on the eye and very inviting to the palate. Our guests were hugely impressed with what they tasted.

Jo prepared the food in our kitchen as our celebration was held at our private residence. Jo worked quickly and efficiently throughout the time she and the lovely, Jack were at the house. Jo and Jack were professional in a very friendly way whilst fulfilling their different roles.

My husband and I appreciated the time Jo spent with us before our celebration discussing menu choices, pricing and other associated planning details. We liked Jo’s warm personality and her enthusiastic approach to catering for our big day. We would totally recommend Jo Keppel, as a cuisine provider of choice and we wish you well for the future Jo.

Jo from was nothing short of exceptional for our private dining experience to celebrate our Queenstown NZ elopement wedding. Despite multiple reschedules from our original planned date travelling from Australia, Jo was incredibly kind and accommodating and made us feel so special on the occasion. Jo had an exceptional attention to detail in the leadup to the evening, combined with ease of communication in the planning phase.

We were so fortunate to experience a 4 course menu provided by Jo, all of which was the tastiest food we have ever eaten without a doubt. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Jo on the night, her kind and caring personality made the evening such a wonderful memory in conjunction with the amazing food of course.

Jo’s private dining experience was something we will forever hold in our memories as a highlight of our trip to Queenstown.

Elopement of Divine Goodness Created From Scratch.

Jo from created a personalised four course menu of gourmet New Zealand produce for our Queenstown Elopement.

Every single meal and detail was 10/10. I felt like I was a judge eating in the final of Master Chef!

The dark chocolate heaven torte was an absolute show stopper and hands down the best cake I have eaten in my life.

Jo was from start to finish amazing. Planning was made easy with everything taken care of from table

decorations to wine matches. She was quick to reply and organise even with short notice.

The food was stunning, hands down the best catering I’ve ever had. Delightful flavours, fresh ingredients and

good sized portions.

We were over the moon with the dinner. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering a world class

dining experience in New Zealand.
